Columbus McKinnon has completed its acquisition of STAHL CraneSystems from Konecranes.

Columbus McKinnon, a leading worldwide designer, manufacturer, and marketer of material handling products, technologies, systems, and services, has completed its acquisition of STAHL CraneSystems, a leading manufacturer of hoist technology and crane components, from Konecranes, a manufacturer and servant of cranes and lifting equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed.
