Apax Partners completed the acquisition of Unilabs from Nordic Capital and Apax Partners France.

Apax Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Unilabs, a clinical laboratory testing services provider, from Nordic Capital and Apax Partners France, private equity companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. Under the new ownership structure, Unilabs will be able to continue to pursue its successful M&A strategy and be at the forefront of the ongoing consolidation of the European laboratory space.
