Siris Capital Group-backed Xura completed the acquisition of Mitel Mobile and Ranzure Networks.

Siris Capital Group-backed Xura, a provider of digital communications services, completed the acquisition of Mitel Mobile, a provider of Voice-over-Long-Term Evolution, Voice-over-WiFi, video, Rich Communication Services, messaging, radio access and packet core solutions, and Ranzure Networks, an early-stage venture focused on developing 5G Cloud Radio Access Network technology.
