Blackstone to acquire Tradesmen International from Wellspring.

Blackstone, the private equity firm, has agreed to acquire Tradesmen International, the leading agency-based provider of outsourced skilled craftsmen to non-residential construction and industrial contractors in North America, from Wellspring, the private equity firm.
