WestRock Company, a differentiated paper and packaging solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Multi Packaging Solutions International, an innovative packaging solutions provider, for $2.3bn. “I am excited about our acquisition of MPS, which is an important step in the continuing development of WestRock.
