Stonepeak to acquire a majority interest in Cologix.

Stonepeak Infrastructure has agreed to acquire a majority interest in Cologix, a network neutral interconnection and data center company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Stonepeak brings a proven track record of partnering with management and a long-term investment approach that complements Cologix’s strategy. Together we believe the opportunity for highly connected data center platforms is bright and our appetite to continue building our platform has never been higher.
