SoftBank Group completed the acquisition of Fortress Investment Group for $3.3bn.

SoftBank Group, a business conglomerate, completed the acquisition of Fortress Investment Group, an American investment management firm, for $3.3bn. “Fortress’s excellent track record speaks for itself, and we look forward to benefitting from its leadership, broad-based expertise and world-class investment platform.
