CVC Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Zabka Polska from Mid Europa Partners.

CVC Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Zabka Polska, a Polish convenience retailer, from private equity firm Mid Europa Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed.
