Dunapack Packaging completed the acquisition of Eskisehir from Sisecam Group for $51m.

Dunapack Packaging, which develops and produces customized, high quality printed corrugated packaging solutions, completed the acquisition of Eskisehir Oluklu Mukavva Sanayi from Sisecam Group, a glass recycling company, for $51m. “We are happy to have finalized this important transaction.
