European Energy Exchange, a central European electric power and related commodities exchange, completed the acquisition of Nodal Exchange Holdings, an energy holding company, in a c.$200m deal. “Nodal Exchange has enjoyed significant growth in recent years and we are very excited to build on this as part of EEX Group.
