Vitol Investment Partnership, an investment vehicle sponsored and managed by Vitol, completed the acquisition of OMV Petrol Ofisi, a provider of fuel products and distribution services, from OMV, an international integrated oil and gas company, for $1.44bn. “This is a strong business in a growing market.
