Intel completed the acquisition of Mobileye, a global developer of computer vision and machine learning, data analysis, localization and mapping for advanced driver assistance systems and autonomous driving, for $14.7bn. “This acquisition is a great step forward for our shareholders, the automotive industry and consumers.
