Alibaba Group to acquire Damai.cn.

Alibaba Group, the e-commerce giant has acquired Damai.cn, online ticketing platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Damai.cn will be a powerful platform to distribute our media content as well as expand our user reach and engagement,” said Alibaba.
