Charles Monat acquired Global Wealth Solution business of Willis Tower Watson

The management of Charles Monat Associates, one of the largest independent life insurance practices in Asia, announced that it has agreed to a management buyout (MBO) for CMA to acquire 100% of the Global Wealth Solutions business of Willis Towers Watson, the leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, subject to regulatory approval. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed and remain subject to regulatory approval.
