Royal Philips, a global leader in health technology, today announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Respiratory Technologies Inc, a US-based provider of an innovative airway clearance solution for patients with chronic respiratory conditions, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and cystic fibrosis.
