London Stock Exchange completed the acquisition of the Yield Book and Citi Fixed Income Indices business from Citigroup for $685m.

London Stock Exchange, a British-based stock exchange and financial information company, completed the acquisition of the Yield Book and Citi Fixed Income Indices business from Citigroup, an American multinational investment bank and financial services company, for $685m. “As part of the transaction, Citi will remain a long term partner, collaborating with LSEG on future development and support of certain models. Additionally, Citi will continue to be a significant customer of The Yield Book," Okan Pekin Citi global head of investor services and DCC.
