Synopsis
Owens Corning, a global company that develops and produces insulation, roofing and fiberglass composites, acquired a 12% stake in OCV Steklovolokno, a leading Russian producer of fiberglass products. With this deal Owens Corning bought out 88%-owned OCV Steklovolokno from minority shareholders. Financial terms were not disclosed.
