Concord Bicycle Music completed the acquisition of Imagem Music Group.

Concord Bicycle Music, one of the largest independent recorded music and publishing companies in the world, completed the acquisition of Imagem Music Group, a global independent music publishing and theatrical rights company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
