Elis acquired Berendsen for $2.05bn

Elis SA announced the completion of the acquisition of Berendsen plc, a focused European textile, hygiene and safety solution company. With this transaction, Elis is enhancing its unique position as a multi-service provider in the rental, laundry and maintenance of flat linen, workwear and hygiene and well-being appliances. This transaction will allow the combined group to become a pan-European leader in the provision of textile, hygiene and facility solutions.
