Nasa A Holdings, Nasa B Holdings and Nasa Co-invest Holdings, BlackRock Energy and Power Infrastructure Group, and KKR Flatirons Aggregator, an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co, completed its acquisition of NextEra Partners for $550m at a purchase price of $39 per preferred unit.
