McKesson Specialty Health to acquire intraFUSION.

McKesson Specialty Health, a McKesson Corporation division has agreed to acquire intraFUSION, a Houston-based provider of management services for physician office infusion centres. Financial terms were not disclosed. The combined organization will bring new infusion management capabilities to McKesson’s broad portfolio of offerings for community-based physician practices. “McKesson Specialty Health and intraFUSION share a deep commitment to community-based speciality care.
