An Hg Capital-led consortium, consisting of GIC, ICG and Montagu Private Equity, completed the acquisition of a stake in Visma, a Norway-based provider of software solutions and services, from private equity firms KKR and Cinven at a NOK45bn valuation. “We have been incredibly fortunate to partner with Øystein Moan, CEO of Visma, and his exceptional management team over the last 11 years.
