Canadian Solar acquired 70% of Sertum Energy Namibia and Unisun Energy from Enertronica. Both targets are the constructors and operators of two solar photovoltaic parks in Namibia. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction is part of Enertronica's plan to build and transfer solar parks in Africa and Latin America.
