DFS Furniture completed the acquisition of Sofology for $139m.

DFS Furniture, a retailer of the living room and upholstered furniture in the UK, completed the acquisition of Sofology, a specialist sofa retailer, for $139m. The initial payment upon completion is $33m based on enterprise value. In addition, there will be potential further consideration payable c. twelve months after completion amounting to 7xEBITDA. The aggregate consideration payable is capped at $139m. "Sofology's distinctive market position is a good fit with our existing brands.
