Verisk Analytics completed the acquisition of Sequel Business Solutions from HG Capital for £250m.

Verisk Analytics, a data analytics provider, completed the acquisition of Sequel Business Solutions, a provider of software and services to the Lloyd’s of London and the broader insurance markets, from HG Capital, a private equity firm, for £250m.
