Pro-Pac Packaging completed the acquisition of Integrated Packaging Group for A$118m.

Pro-Pac Packaging, which engages in manufacture and distribution of industrial, protective and rigid packaging products, completed the acquisition of Integrated Packaging Group, a manufacturer and distributor of stretch film wrap and associated products, for A$118m. This deal furthers Integrated Packaging Group as a fundamental part of Australia’s strong and sustainable packaging future, merging its strength in manufacturing and flexibles with Pro-Pac’s imports and distribution expertise. At the same time, Pro-Pac gains access to global markets through IPG’s Australasian manufacturing presence.
