Tiger Infrastructure and Agate Power to acquire Danskammer Energy from Mercuria Energy Group.

Tiger Infrastructure, an investment company, and Agate Power, investor and developer of renewable and conventional power generation facilities had acquired Danskammer Energy, electricity provider, from Mercuria Energy Group, commodity trading company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
