Monroe Capital to invest in First Call Resolution.

Monroe Capital, private credit asset management firm, to act as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to First Call Resolution, provider of outsourced live agent call center and business process solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. FCR intends to leverage this credit facility to further its continued domestic growth and to develop near shore operations.
