JKK Group merge activities with SARIA Polska.

Synopsis

SARIA Polska and the JKK Group agreed to merge their business operations. Both parties specialise in the collection and processing of animal by-products. The JKK Group consists of three independent companies – Eko-Stok, Struga S.A. and Kemos. Tomasz Kurcinski, Marek Karwowski and Mariusz Jarmuz, the owners of the Eko-Stok/Struga S.A./Kemos group, welcomed the merger agreement: “We are delighted to have found such a competent and committed partner in SARIA. We are convinced that the cooperation between the two companies will help us to develop our activities and to meet future needs – in the interests of our employees, customers and suppliers.” Tomasz Krasinski, Managing Director of SARIA Polska, commented: “The activities of the JKK companies are a perfect fit with our existing operations. This merger will enable us to combine our expertise and expand our product portfolio.
