Synopsis
SARIA Polska and the JKK Group agreed to merge their business operations. Both parties specialise in the collection and processing of animal by-products. The JKK Group consists of three independent companies – Eko-Stok, Struga S.A. and Kemos. Tomasz Kurcinski, Marek Karwowski and Mariusz Jarmuz, the owners of the Eko-Stok/Struga S.A./Kemos group, welcomed the merger agreement: “We are delighted to have found such a competent and committed partner in SARIA. We are convinced that the cooperation between the two companies will help us to develop our activities and to meet future needs – in the interests of our employees, customers and suppliers.” Tomasz Krasinski, Managing Director of SARIA Polska, commented: “The activities of the JKK companies are a perfect fit with our existing operations. This merger will enable us to combine our expertise and expand our product portfolio. As a result, we will be able to respond effectively to market needs and offer customers and suppliers the best possible services and a wide range of high-quality products.”
