JKK Group merge activities with SARIA Polska.

SARIA Polska and the JKK Group agreed to merge their business operations. Both parties specialise in the collection and processing of animal by-products. The JKK Group consists of three independent companies – Eko-Stok, Struga S.A. and Kemos. Tomasz Kurcinski, Marek Karwowski and Mariusz Jarmuz, the owners of the Eko-Stok/Struga S.A./Kemos group, welcomed the merger agreement: “We are delighted to have found such a competent and committed partner in SARIA.
