According to newspaper reports, Visma is rumored to have paid NOK 400 million, making Hercules Capital Realize 3x return on the 2015 Investment of NOK 180M. Admincontrol main products include web-based solutions for secure and easy sharing of sensitive documents for companies, with the products Board portal and Dataroom.
