Toshiba completed the acquisition of Nuclear Fuel Industries from Westinghouse Electric, y Sumitomo Electric and Furukawa Electric.

Toshiba, a Japanese multinational conglomerate corporation, completed the acquisition of Nuclear Fuel Industries, an integrated nuclear power company, from Westinghouse Electric, a supplier of new nuclear plants, products and technologies, Sumitomo Electric, a manufacturer of electric wire and optical fiber cables, and Furukawa Electric, an electric and electronics equipment company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
