Frazier Healthcare Partners completed the acquisition of Southside Pharmacy.

Frazier Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm focused on healthcare investments, completed the acquisition of Southside Pharmacy, a specialty pharmacy and home infusion services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Amit brings extensive operational expertise in pharmacy services, and we are excited to partner with him and the Southside team to support the company’s next phase of growth,” Brian Morfitt, Frazier Healthcare Partners General Partner.
