Pact Group, a container and packaging products manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Graham Packaging Guangzhou, a plastic packaging manufacturer, and non-Japanese Asian packaging operations of Closure Systems Internationals from Reynolds Group, a New Zealand based packaging company, for $112m.
