JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ:JASO), one of the world’s largest manufacturers of high-performance solar power products, announced the merger with JASO Acquisition Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JASO Parent Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JASO Holdings Limited. As a result of the merger, the Company ceased to be a publicly traded company and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent.
