Masco completed the acquisition of The L.D. Kichler for $550m.

Masco, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of branded home improvement and building products, completed the acquisition of The L.D. Kichler for approximately $550m. Kichler, provides indoor and outdoor lightings, ceiling fans, landscape lightings, lamps and mirrors, and home accessories. “We are excited about the prospects of expanding Masco’s reach into the fragmented $6bn US residential lighting industry.
