Nomad Foods completed the acquisition of frozen food business of 2 Sisters Food for £200m.

Nomad Foods, Europes largest frozen food company, completed its acquisition of frozen food business from 2 Sisters Food, a subsidiary of Boparan Holdings, which processes chicken and supplies poultry and prepared meals to supermarkets, for £200m ($260m). “We are pleased to announce the completion of the sale of the Green Isle Brands & Donegal Catch business to a good new home.
