Talanx completed the acquisition of Liberty Sigorta from Liberty Mutual Group.

Talanx, a German multinational financial services company, completed the acquisition of Liberty Sigorta, a non-life insurer, from Liberty Mutual Group, an American diversified global insurer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Liberty Sigorta A.S. has a balanced portfolio mix and a distribution network of 760 intermediaries making it a good fit with our strategy in Turkey," Torsten Leue, Talanx Chairman.
