CITIC and Caixin Global acquired Global Markets Intelligence Division from Euromoney for $180m.

CITIC Capital and Caixin Global, the overseas arm of Caixin Media, acquired Global Markets Intelligence Division from Euromoney, a financial information database operator, for $180m. Hu Shuli, Publisher of Caixin Media, Chairwoman of Caixin Global said: “We are optimistic about GMID’s business and future.
