Air Products and Chemicals, an American international corporation whose principal business is selling gases and chemicals for industrial uses, acquired ACP, the largest independent carbon dioxide business in Continental Europe. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction will complement Air Products’ European CO2 capabilities in core geographies where the company already provides industrial gases.
