PPF Group acquired Nova Broadcasting from MTG for EUR185m.

PPF Group, a privately held international financial and investment group, acquired Nova Broadcasting, which offers television and news broadcasting services in Bulgaria, from MTG, a digital entertainment company based in Stockholm, for EUR185m.
