Private equity firm General Atlantic completed the acquisition of a 25.1% stake in NuCom Group, the strategic growth partner for digital consumer internet companies, for €450m. "With General Atlantic, we have found the perfect partner for our commerce business and kicked off the expansion of our portfolio and the further acceleration of growth in this area.
