DK Telekommunikation completed the acquisition of TDC, a Danish telecommunications company, for $10.4bn. The offer was recommended by TDC board of directors. “With the majority of shareholders approving our offer, we are pleased to have reached this important milestone as TDC now transitions into new long-term ownership.
