Hylan, a provider of specialized communications engineering and construction services in New York, completed the acquisition of Down Under Construction, a communications contractor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We look forward to working closely with Daryl Dunbar and the rest of the DUC team. The Mid-Atlantic region, especially dense metropolitan markets like Northern Virginia, Washington DC and Baltimore will likely attract significant communications-related investment in the coming years," Robert DiLeo, Hylan CEO.
