Atlantia completed the acquisition of a 15.49% stake in Getlink for $1.29bn.

Atlantia, a company that engages in toll road and airport management and operates in Italian motorways, completed the acquisition of a 15.49% stake in Getlink, a company that operates and manages the Channel Tunnel, for $1.29bn. “The investment in Getlink represents an interesting financial opportunity for the group. It is a very well-managed business with a strong track record and competent management.
