Hyundai Glovis offered to acquire the Module and A/S parts business of Hyundai Mobis.

Hyundai Glovis, a logistics company headquartered in Seoul, offered to acquire the Module and A/S parts business of Hyundai Mobis, a public South Korean car parts company. The offer was lapsed in May 2018. The deal would have allowed Hyundai Mobis to focus on its core original equipment and R&D operations and spearhead the automaker's future growth drivers including autonomous vehicles and connected cars.
