Middleby completed the acquisition of JoeTap from AC Beverage.

Middleby, a commercial and residential cooking and industrial process equipment company, completed the acquisition of JoeTap, a nitro and cold brew coffee dispensing equipment manufacturer, from AC Beverage, a high quality draught beer, wine and water equipment distributor.
