Desautel Group completed the acquisition of Gimaex International.

Desautel Group, a French industrial products and services provider, completed the acquisition of Gimaex International, a Turkish automotive company. Financial terms were not disclosed. This integration allows the Desautel group to expand its range of standardized vehicles, to develop its production capacities in addition to its current site in Niévroz, and to provide additional scale offers with the arrival of Riffaud.
