BlackRock completed the acquisition of Tennenbaum Capital Partners from CNO Financial Group.

BlackRock, an American global investment management corporation, completed the acquisition of Tennenbaum Capital Partners, an alternative investment management firm, from CNO Financial Group, insurance products and services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited about the growth opportunities for our business as we continue to employ the successful strategy we pioneered nearly two decades ago.
