Naspers-backed OLX completed the acquisition of Dubizzle.

Synopsis

Naspers-backed OLX, an online classifieds service provider, completed the acquisition of Dubizzle, a Dubai-based provider of a community content website. Previously unreported, the acquisition of the remaining 49% of the UAE classifieds site was disclosed in Naspers's report to shareholders. Naspers had held a 51% controlling stake since 2013.
