Otravo to merge with Travelgenio.

Otravo, market leader in the Benelux and Scandinavia of online air travel sales, to merge with Travelgenio, a Spanish online travel agency, to become top-5 online travel agent in Europe. Financial terms were not disclosed. Mariano Pelizzari, CEO Travelgenio: ‘This is an opportunity for both companies to take a leading role in the rapidly changing European online travel market.
